Thread Arcs view can cause severe slowdown

If you are selecting a large number of emails in a mailbox with Thread Arcs view on, MailMate can become unresponsive for a long period of time while it sorts out the thread arc view.
I'd suggest that MailMate warns you if the number of messages you are selecting while in Thread Arcs view is large, with the option to skip rendering the arcs.
