Crash after launch mailmate

Just install the latest mailmate. However, once it launches, it crashes right away. The below is the link of crash report.

Thanks, the crash is related to MailMate trying to read the accounts configured in Thunderbird.

Could you locate and send me this file:
```
~/Library/Thunderbird/profiles.ini
```
I should then be able reproduce the crash. You can rename or move the file if you do not use Thunderbird and want MailMate to launch without crashing.
