First, I am of course sorry about the problems you are experiencing!
The terminal output is very interesting and it clearly shows that the problem is some kind of recursion causing MailMate to attempt to create a ridiculously long mailbox name. My guess is that the problem starts when you create the first draft for the
waterwork
account, but that might be wrong.I'll analyze the related code and see if I can guess what could trigger this. If not, then I might have more questions for you and I hope you'll have time to answer them.

I've looked into the code, but I have not been able to figure out exactly what goes wrong, and I was unable to reproduce the issue.
I've uploaded a new test version which I would like you to launch from the terminal after enabling some debug output:
defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmDebugRecursiveName -bool YES /Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/MacOS/MailMate
Wait until MailMate has crashed and then send me the output. You are welcome to use private email if you like.
Additionally, there might be a log file generated and saved on your desktop. I would like to see that as well.
I guess you need a direct link to the test version: http://updates.mailmate-app.com/archives/MailMate_r3724.tbz
Double-click to unarchive it and then replace the one you (probably) have in
/Applications/
.Thanks in advance!
