“Edit Subscriptions” missing

I can no longer find any way to edit IMAP account mailbox
subscriptions for an existing IMAP account. I’ve checked the
Release Notes, documentation, and the forum, and have looked in
both the Mailbox menu and the contextual menu for the
IMAP account mailbox.
I admit it’s probably right in front of my nose — but I’m flummoxed.
I’m running MailMate 1.6 (3502) on Mac OS X 10.8.4.

Some time ago I moved the subscription settings to the IMAP account editor. You'll see a button below the IMAP server settings named “Edit Subscriptions”. I can see in the manual that this location is only implicit. I'll see if I can improve that.
For the sake of completion, it's mentioned in the release notes for version 1.4.3 (almost a year ago): “Moved “Edit Subscriptions…” to the IMAP account editor.”

Sigh.
As I said, “right in front of my nose”. I looked at that dialog box probably six times without seeing the very button I was looking for.
