Keep failing to handshake

Dear Team,

I have several Gmail account, and I kept failing to make a successful handshake. I rechecked all settings of sources and made sure that I followed Gmail's instruction to set up. But all this are in vain. Would you please help me to diagnose this problem? Thank you very much. Tai

    Do you get an error message/window?

    You can also open the Activity Viewer (in the Window menu) and review the log of a connection attempt (retry after opening the window).

    If you want me to review your settings then you can send me the following file by private email (http://freron.com/contact):

    ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Sources.plist

    Hi Benny,

    Thank you for this prompt reply. I don't get an error message/window, so no way to get the "Activity Viewer". Sources are either kept synchronizing or shown (offline)/(failed). I attach my "Sources.plist" here.

    The Activity Viewer is available in the Window main menu or using ⌥⌘0. It's not related to an error message.

    Also, I believe Google has had some problems with Gmail today and/or yesterday although I haven't been affected myself. Can you access the accounts using another client?
