UX issue with right click to mark all messages as read

I regularly move mails from my Inbox to my Archive folder. Some I don't read so the "unread" mail counter on my Archive folder increases. In Apple Mail (I have just migrated to MailMate), I could simply right click on the Archive folder and then "Mark all mails as read".
In MailMate, when I right click on the Archive folder (while Inbox is still selected: as in: fully blue), MailMate shows the menu for INBOX while actually I want the folder menu for Archive.
I now have to first select the Archive folder, and then right-click. Which is another action and another click.
Would it be possible to improve this?
