Hello Benny, suddenly all my incoming mail goes to the junk folder instead of the index. I am using SpamSeive but nothing has changed with that. I’ve checked everything. Can you help?

Just for anyone finding this using Google, I'll repeat here what I wrote to you by email:
-
If you have access to your email elsewhere then you could first try to quit MailMate and see if this still happens. Just to make sure that it happens after emails arrive in MailMate.
-
Try disabling SpamSieve in the Settings of MailMate to see if then still happens.
Based on the above, we'll be closer to locating the main issue.

Me reply- I turned both MailMate and Spamsieve off and restarted my iMac Apple M2 Max. No joy. does the same thing. All mail goes to the junk folder. In addition, every incoming mail "detects a (variable number of) external resources" that I have to click top get rid of. Won't let me send inclosure.

I'm on it now. I'll handle it by email since it works better than the ticket system.
