Prism not offered in Settings/Composer or Bundles

I updated to Version 1.14 (5937) tonight -- what an impressive changelog!
I was excited to see this feature:
New: Prism (JS) is now an alternative to Pygments for syntax highlighting (see Composer preferences pane). Language definitions are fetched on demand.
In my Composer preferences pane, "Highlight code using" has a pulldown and the only choice is "Nothing". I looked in the Bundles pane because Pygments is offered there (I disabled it after installing 5937), but Prism is not currently offered there either.
By the way, Lighthouse states that the upload quota was reached.

Prism is listed in Settings, Composer in Version 1.14 (5942).
