Reply Header Randomly Not Appearing

When replying to a message in my Inbox, randomly the reply header (On xx, yy wrote:) does not appear at all. It only happens with certain messages, seemingly those containing HTML and possibly attachments. Replying to other messages works just fine.
This may or may not be related to the other ticket #3185 I reported a few days ago. They both started happening in recent test builds, but I'm not sure exactly when or what triggered them.
Incidentally, I do use a custom MmReplyWroteString. But I have not changed it in several months, and it does work fine most of the time.

FYI, this problem still randomly occurs as of Build r5942. It only seems to happen only with messages containing a lot of formatting, so maybe it is a bug with the embedded HTML parser.
