GMail inbox now has to: and not from: as main colomn

Unser sources I have my gmail account, which has INBOX. It used to have the From column as the main column. However not it switched to To, which does not make sense for an INBOX. Also, I can add the From column, but I can not remove the to, as it's grayed out.
Did I mess up some config during the update? I'm running Version 1.14 (5928)

Could I have changed some settings somewhere?
This is only in the Sources menu, under Mailboxes the Inbox still shows From as the main item.
I have thread view enabled and the problem is that if I move the To field to the back, also the anchor to expand the thread moves :(

You can also change the so-called “Outline Column” in the Columns menu to change which column has the triangle, but that said, it might be best if you reset column related settings as follows:
defaults delete com.freron.MailMate MmMailboxRelatedStatesThe origin of your problem was likely a bug in some of the test releases, but it should work better in the test release you are currently using.

Running Version 1.14 (5929), did not restart, it happened run-time.

It happened again today, but no idea how I triggered it. This time with Version 1.14 (5930).

Let me know if you see a pattern. The basic design of how this works has always been flawed and a proper fix likely requires a complete rewrite. But I'm willing to try to reproduce if you have a series of steps to try.
