interaction with MS Office

Hi
On Mac M1 Max, Ventura build 13.0 there appears to be an issue with
the share option in MS Office 365 (excel build 16.66.1) where the
share - send option does not pick up the hooks to mail mate to send
the document. The option works with the default apple email client
but not with mail mate.

Which MailMate revision? There was a possibly related bug in one of the recent test releases.
Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to get the latest test release. Let me know if the issue persists.

Sorry, I missed that this was about the Office apps (which I don't really use). But I see that one should be able to access a system share button via the share-button in Excel (the square with the arrow pointing up). This should work.
What happens when it fails?
What happens if you use the Finder to share a file with MailMate? (The square with the up-arrow or right-click to do Share > MailMate...)
