Licensed MailMate Can't Compose New messages

I've installed MM Version 1.14 (5918) on a new macOS 12 machine and the new message menu item is greyed out for all accounts.

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
I think this is due to a bug in the account “wizard”. Please try editing your accounts and add “Name” and “Email Address(es)”.
