Option to default reply from address received to

I give every supplier and website a different email address at my domain to keep track of when they sell or leak them.

When replying to services that track by the email address you send from, I use the 'customise' option in the identity dropdown.

Could you please have an option to automatically reply from the address that the email was received to? Or have this appear in the dropdown.
