  Thanks for the link. It might be something I'll look into, but I would prefer a system with at least some level of email integration. Do you know what is possible with Logchimp?

  I haven't used LogChimp. I suggested it as an alternative to something like Canny.io (which is not free), and it seemed to be being actively developed - it may not be active enough though, I'm not sure (might be more effort to maintain since it's relatively new).

  The docs show it does support email, but I'm not sure to what extent.

  Another option (and I think maybe the easiest to implement/maintain) would be to just use GitHub (or GitLab) and only use it for the issue tracker. I think with either of these it would be free. The nice benefit of using GitHub would be that they'd handle all the accounts, spam filtering, etc. And you'd still get a better UI and place to store/manage issues. They support email as well of course.

  GitHub also has "Discussions" which could be used for feature requests (which can be voted on).

  This is very old, but both have APIs so you could move over issues if you wanted to:

  Thanks for the details. I should probably look into using Github which I already use for various parts of MailMate. Very nice with the import tool although it might be best with a clean start. The lighthouse tickets could remain (at least for some time) in a read-only state.
