Keyboard shortcuts stop working randomly

Seems like keyboard shortcuts, or some of them, stop working in MM after the app has been open for a time. Maybe it's time-related, anyway. I haven't really worked out a pattern.
It's things as simple as Cmd+Backspace not deleting the open message. Sometimes Cmd+W won't close the open message. I think it's only happening when a message is open in its own window, but I could be wrong.
Version 1.14 (5852), macOS Version 12.3.1 (21E258). 15-inch Intel MacBook Pro, 2017.

And when I say, 'Cmd+Backspace not deleting the open message', I of course mean just Backspace not deleting the open message.

Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to get the latest test release. Then let me know if you still have this issue. (I believe at least a related issue was fixed.)
