Order of action execution in keybindings changed with 5879

The order in which actions are executed by keybindings changed with 5879. Example:
"n" = ("removeFilterKey:", "unread", "collapseAll:","selectNextCountedMailbox:", "setFilterKey:", "unread", "makeFirstResponder:", "mainOutline", "selectFirstMessageRow:");
Previously, the setFilterKey action was executed after the active mailbox was changed by selectNextCountedMailbox. With 5879, the setFilterKey is executed before selectNextCountedMailbox, although still listed after.
