Edit folders names interrupted by folder updating

Simple issue:
- try to rename a folder
- get automatic folder updates in your way.
- thrown out of edit modus.
I'm glad the last ticket wasn't my first. Hope it makes some
sense.
(Frankly, at the moment, I'm fine with just ignoring that in the
mail client. Gmail works well enough for my spam mails.)
On 'Junk': at the moment, I can have 'hidden' spam in the inbox, which isn't marked as such. (i.e. without 'Raw Flags')

Known problem. Don't expect a fix soon since it is probably part of a bigger refactoring of the mailbox related code.
Regarding 'hidden spam': Yes, currently nothing is shown for Junk-marked messages which have no external resources. I have changed that.
