load images based on rule

I generally like not loading images - but there are some emails that I get from automated project management systems, or other 'bot' mails where the image-use is particularly useful.
Think of a ticket-system that sends updates when a ticket is opened, in progress, closed. But they do so via images, or at least the images are more prominent than the text. I know this is a result of these systems not sending nice plain-text alternatives....
So I wonder if it's possible to allow loading of images from specific senders/domains. Maybe this could be a rule action - since you could easily trigger based on the rule triggers that already exist.
There's another related issue #2568 that could assist for this - just allowing one to load images with a keystroke. But that's tedious especially because these messages are bot-produced and can be numerous.
