Release notes dialog should be displayed BEFORE update occurs

When MailMate detects a new release, it gives the user the option to install now or punt. If you install the update, you are then shown the release notes. The sequence should be that release notes are displayed as part of the update dialog, or at least an option (button) should be given to display them prior to install, so that we can review and determine if it is important to update now. This could be important if a critical fix is issued.
