Emails missing from main InBox

I’ve seen this before but the first time I had a good chance to capture this problem of mail missing from the Inbox.

The screenshot shows two emails that are missing from the combined Inbox but appear in the All Messages view and in the Source > Gmailacct > INBOX. For some reason they are missing from the main Inbox.

At first I thought it might be an issue with reading my mail first off my Android phone, where I opened the Hacker Newsletter first this morning. Then I noticed the email from theSkimm is missing from the Inbox as well, but appears in All Messages and in Source > Gmailacct > INBOX. I had not opened that email on my phone before downloading it into MailMate.

I am running Version 1.13.1 (5684)
