I hope to be ready with a public release of MailMate for the public release of Big Sur, but I'm currently still deeply buried in some extensive changes to the message viewer/composer.
But the test releases should work on Big Sur: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in Software Update preferences pane to get the latest test release. If you are already on Big Sur then find the latest releases here: http://updates.mailmate-app.com/archives/
