Message Verifications

In messageVerifications.plist, I have the following check:
{ title = "Sending with MyDomain"; details = "Are you sure you want to send outside MyDomain with your MyDomain account?"; conditions = "(from.domain = 'mydomain.com' and #recipient.domain !=[x] 'mydomain.com')"; }
If I have a message addressed to more than one recipient, e.g., "To: smith@mydomain.com, jones@gmail.com", the rule does not get triggered.
Is it possible to modify this rule to address those situations?
