Support for Encrytped Subjects (GPG)

Enigmail 2.0 now supports the encryption of the email subject; however this now means that all emails from Enigmail to GPG Suite have the subject "Encrypted Message" or "..."
There was a comment on the
GPG issue regarding implementation:
"I found the spec for implementing the change. It's called Memory
Hole and is part of the Autocrypt project:

It's really simple and straightforward: basically just adds an in-body header of a simple format to the content of encrypted emails, so that the receiver's program can parse it and replace the actual subject line with the subject defined in that header."
