Space between tag symbol and name

When displaying tags, there is no space in between the "symbol" for the tag and the name of the tag. This looks fine when the symbol is an emoji, but it doesn't look good if a letter is used for a symbol.
For example, a tag "Needs Reply" could have a symbol "R", and then the tag appears as "RNeeds Reply".
Perhaps a space could be added here (either always, or only when the symbol is e.g. alphanumeric).
