Can't connect to Outlook 365 account

I'm not getting any connection to an Outlook 365 account. There's no activity shown in the Activity Viewer.

IMAP Server is set to outlook.office365.com. Port is 993 and Require SS is checked.

The info from Outlook for the account for IMAP is:
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: TLS

How do we make this work?
