Can't Add Account; Top-Level Domain Problem?
Reported by Kevin Hough | July 12th, 2019 @ 04:19 PM
Just started using MailMate and I love it so far. Good work!
Here's my issue:
Goal
Add a new IMAP account.
Expected behavior
- When I input a description in the Description field and an email address in the Email Address(es) field,
- the Add button should become enabled, as signified by changing from gray to blue.
Actual behavior
- When I input a description in the Description field and an email address in the Email Address(es) field,
- The Add button remains gray and disabled.
Notes
- I've successfully added four IMAP accounts so far, and I'm able to add other IMAP accounts. So the issue is unique (in my experience so far) to this email address.
- The email address in question ends in a
.digital
top-level domain. If I change it to a fictional.com
domain, the Add button becomes enabled. Because of this detail, I speculate that the.digital
domain isn't recognized by MailMate. But I'm not sure about that.
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks, I've changed it such that not only 2 and 3 letter domains are accepted. (It'll still require at least 2.)
