Proposal: Disable quoted level coloring

I would like to propose adding an option to disable quoted level coloring for clearer legibility particularly in Dark Mode. For example, text in Blue looks very illegible on dark background in Dark Mode. So a color of text should be white by default and can be selectable with the built-in color picker.
