Extra blank message generated when sending email

After updating to Version 1.12.4 (5599), I'm seeing an extra, blank message appearing in the browser when I send a message. I've attached a screenshot of my mailbox with first one and then the other of the two messages selected.
Doesn't happen all the time. Not sure how to reproduce it.

Haven't noticed this since I reported it. Currently running Version 1.12.4 (5600).

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
I also think this is related to the single fix I did in r5600 for a bug introduced in r5999. Sorry about the inconvenience.
