OmniFocus bundle Add /Add with Summary crashes OF 3.1 when saving from Quick Entry

Since release of OmniFocus 3.1, completing the Add or Add with Summary workflow from the OmniFocus bundle crashes OF. The bundle command successfully creates the new item in the Quick Entry list, but saving the item via Command-S tends to induce the crash upon Quick Entry list closeout. I have seen this behavior on two different machines. One was running macOS Mojave and a beta of OF 3.1; upon reverting to OF 3.0x, the issue disappear. The other one was running macOS High Sierra 3.0x, and the error started as soon as I updated to the "release" version of 3.1.

I also started getting the same behavior after updating to OmniFocus 3.1.
