scrolling message window also scrolls message preview

I receive daily log rotation updates from a server and for quite some time now, when scrolling through these in a seperate message window, often (but not always) the message preview window has also started scrolling simultaneously, although not identically.

I have been trying to screencast it for some time, maybe even in distortion mode, but no luck. This morning, I decided to simply make a short video clip to show you.

- State changed from “new” to “cantreproduce”
I cannot reproduce this. I'm thinking maybe that the “scroll event” somehow is sent to both windows...

Could you keep an eye out for any possible triggers. Anything that seems to be a necessary condition for this to happen.
