Your attempt to download did not result in a bad archive, but an “operation not permitted” when trying to expand it. Anything special about your Downloads folder? Maybe try moving to Desktop before expanding it?

Tried what you suggested on Twitter, and I was successfully able to update to the latest version.

Also, I just tried redownloading from the link you gave me, and it expanded fine. Maybe it was a corrupted file, as you also noted on Twitter ;)
