Email message missing in MailMate

Hi,
There are a few Gmail messages that does not show up in Mailmate, not all, just some. I find them in the "All Mails" folder at Gmail.com, I also find them on my phone in Airmail, but nowhere in Mailmate. These are messages without any label, filters or anything. I am using MailMate Version 1.11.3 (5509).
Is this anything you recognize and do you have any idea of how I can fix this?

Yes, this is a known issue. It's all about how Gmail works and how MailMate works with it. You can get access to these messages, but if you have a large account then MailMate is going to spend some time on getting it right (only showing emails in “All Mail” which are not in other mailboxes).
