Time wrong in message view
Reported by John Man | June 28th, 2018 @ 10:02 PM
I have an e-mail message which was received 45 minutes ago at 22:14 BST (GMT+1).
In the MailMate mailbox view (Layout - Three Panes), it shows correctly under "Date Received" as "Today 22:14". However, when I double-click on the message to open it, the message shows as:
"28 June 2018 at 23:14)" (i.e. it is wrong by 1 hour).
If I do "View - Show Raw Message", I can see this line:
"Date: Thu, 28 Jun 2018 17:14:06 -0500"
I'm using the most recent MailMate normal release - v1.11.2 (r5479) - and macOS High Sierra 10.13.5. The macOS time zone is set to "British Summer Time" (BST being GMT+1).

The message list date is based on the most recent “Received” header in the email. The “Date” in the message headers view is based on the date header of the email (which, in theory, should be when the email was written). My guess is that these dates differ by 1 hour?

Thank you for the response. Okay, I understand now. Apologies for my ignorance of what I assume is a standard (?) behaviour and not a bug.
In my case, the date header of the e-mail (generated by the website in question) is wrong by one hour and it's nothing to do with MailMate. Thanks again!
