error: “Missing ')'

Hello,
with one of my mail accounts I encounter this error:
MailMate encountered the following error: “Missing ')' at end
of flag group.”.
Mailbox: “Junk”.
It's the mailbox of my provider.
AppleMail on the iPhone is not complaining ;-)
What to do (I have no control over the mail server)?

the error appeared with the last built: 1.11.2 (5479) and yes, it's annoying ;-)

Sorry about the late response. Could you send me a set of logs by doing as follows:
- Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0). This enables logging.
- Trigger the error to appear at least once.
- Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.
The error message indicates a server bug, but maybe something triggers MailMate to parse a response incorrectly. But even if the server is to blame then I'll look into working around it.

Hello Benny,
I checked the log, the error is not appearing there. Maybe I miss some setting.
All what I get is this dialog box, with the 3 buttons. I sent the log anyway.
The header says that the server software is Rockliffe SMTPRA 6.1.22

Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane. I've added a quick workaround for this server issue, but it's completely untested. Let me know if it did not work.
