Support for selectNextCountedMailboxRow

It would be nice to have the selectNextCountedMailboxRow and selectPreviousCountedMailboxRow keybindings, i.e. not expanding collapsed "smart" mailboxes.

That's a very specific need :-)
Completely untested, but I've added these to the next update. Let me know if they don't work.

Looks like selectPreviousCountedMailboxRow does not seem to work. It selects any previous mailbox, i.e. with or without a count set.
