Smart subfolders don't update automatically

I have some smart folders with subfolders and they don't update automatically when changing relevant values.
As an example I have a smart folder "Tags" with condition "Tags exists" and builds subfolders for each tag. The name format is "${##tags.tag.#shortname} - ${##tags.tag.#name}".
When I change a tag, the subfolders don't update.

Sorry about the late response. I have a similar report when the “Submailbox for the messages of each account” setting is enabled in the Submailboxes pane. Do you think this might be the same issue?

Yes, it seems to be the same issue.
Until you fixed it I'll work around this via doubling this smart folder for the work account.
