I think my entire account is offline - I have 4 on the program. Unable to retrieve mail. Please advise

What happens if you select the accounts under SOURCES in the mailbox list and use “Mailbox ▸ Take Online”?
If that doesn't help, generate logs for me like this:
- Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
- Try to take accounts online.
- Wait for it to fail.
- Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.

For some reason the accounts went offline. When I clicked on "take accounts online" the account restarted. Any reason why that would happen? Thanks for your help.

Usually it would only happen if there is some kind of persistent issue like a password which keeps on failing. Clicking “Cancel” in such a password requester takes the account offline.
In theory, it should only happen when you have seen some kind of error message. I would be interested in examining it in more detail if you repeatedly experience accounts going offline without any kind of interaction.
