Feature Request: Block Pixel Tracking
Reported by MoJen Jenkins | November 14th, 2017 @ 03:14 AM
It would be useful if the app could block pixel tracking. I'm specifically being targeted by Mailtrack ( https://mailtrack.io/en/ ) but I'm aware there are similar services.
I found this thread from earlier this year:
https://lists.freron.com/mailmate/2017-February/007678.html
But it's not apparent if anything further was done with it.

There's only the general image blocking feature (Security preferences pane).
There's also a regexp for explicitly allowing some images:
MmAllowedImageURLRegexp
. But you are kind of looking for the opposite which I've also considered (while also makingMmAllowedImageURLRegexp
easier to setup). Finally, there is an experimental regexp which warns the user when clicking on tracking URLs, but that's also not what you are asking for (although somewhat related).
I'll note your request.
