Missing Plug-In Error in Signatures

Hi,
Im evaluating MailMate (looks great so far) and trying to add a
graphic to a signature.
The signature works OK (fonts and links are correct), but the graphic (jpg) is replaced by an image block the same size as the graphic, containing the message "Missing Plug-in".
See attached #1.
It should look like attached #2.
What do I need to do to fix this ?
