Feature Request: Automatic Salutation or Greeting In Reply Email

It would be would be great (and a good timesaver) if there was
an automatic feature to insert the name of the recipient into the
salutation of an email.
Just something simple where you could say "Hello [recipient]," or
something like that that is customizable.
