Crashes every time I create a new message

Dear Benny,
I have freshly installed MailMate on the latest OS X Sierra and every single time a create new message (File > New Message as opposed to replying) MailMate instantly crashes.
I tried rebuilding the database (rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/MailMate/*.tmp; printf "OldDatabase" > ~/Library/Application\ Support/MailMate/.rebuild.tmp), but it still crashes even after the rebuild)
I am sending you a crashlog (all of them crashes look the same).

Ha! Found the culprit: the email address for my account was set to a string containing a percent sign (and no at sign), which is my user name, but not my email address. Mailmate imported this from Mail.app settings (where several email addresses are set). After adding a few actual email addresses to that account in MailMate, it works OK.
So it's solved for me. But I think the bug is still worth fixing.

I'm glad you found a solution yourself.
I've actually already got this bug on my list since someone else had forgotten to add an email address -- which results in the same crash. (The problem is that MailMate doesn't like when it cannot find anything to use for a new email when at least 1 account exists.) I'll track a fix in this ticket.
