IMAP email not deleting out of the app

Hi, when I delete an email off my iPhone or iPad it doesn't delete it out of the Mac App. When I delete an email out of the Mac App it does however delete it off the mobile devices. How can I get the email inbox to reflect emails that I have deleted off of my mobile devices?

If you see a red dot next to these messages in MailMate then it's because the other email clients have a two-step deletion process. They first mark the emails
\Deleted, but they don't actually them until later (however they define that).Does that help?
