only headers download for Inbox mail
Reported by Roger Bohn | March 20th, 2016 @ 08:40 PM
For several days, the mail in my Inbox has not shown any text. Show Source and Show HTML code both confirm that the body of the message is not there.
Other aspects:
In "All messages," messages that went into Inbox have no text, even
if I subsequently move them into another mailbox. Messages that did
not start in Inbox are OK.
I attach a screen shot of a typical empty message.
History: I got a pop-up message, before this started, about needing to synchronize the Archive with the server. Unfortunately I don't recall the text. It gave 3 options, approximately as follows: Synchronize, Always Synchronize, and ?? I'm sorry I can't recall details of this incident.

Sorry about the late response. I somehow missed the seriousness of this ticket.
For some reason your accounts are “offline”. Look under SOURCES in the mailbox list. You need to select the accounts and then use “Mailbox ▸ Take Online“. This is either going to solve the problem or they'll go offline again if there is some kind of account issue or MailMate bug.
The “resynchronize” message is the best MailMate can do when the server has changed the “identity” of a mailbox. The server essentially tells MailMate that the “Archive” mailbox is no longer the same mailbox that was previously known as “Archive”. Therefore MailMate has to forget everything about the mailbox and fetch its emails again. For some reason this also resulted in the account going offline.
Let me know what happens when you take the account(s) online.
