Flagging

Hi-

I created a mailbox for flagged items according to instructions I found in here. It works great, however, when I try to "unflag" an item, it only unflags it for a second, then the flag just pops right back up. Any advice? Seems to happen with gmail as well as my godaddy (server-based) account.

    Are you sure it happens for both server? It sounds like it's either a server-related issue.

    Do you have any server-side rules which might re-flag messages?

    You can generate log files for me like this:

    • Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
    • Unflag a message and wait for the flag to reappear.
    • Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.
