Mailbox rule/action to load external references (disable image blocking)

For certain senders (and maybe for other conditions) I'd like to automatically load external references (disable image blocking).
Could there be an action defined (in a mailbox rule) that loads external references/images?

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
You can let a rule mark a message as “Not Junk” and enable that such message have their images loaded (in the Security preferences pane). Also note this related blog post.
