Failed to send message

I am getting a failed to send message all the time. Sometimes it helps to quit MM. Most of the time it keeps repeating itself. I have reset the fiber modem, the router, reconnected to the router nothing helps. I have never seen this before. I am on 5107. It shows one New Message and on Reply and Forward as well. Content of the message makes no difference. Pretty persistent.
