A tiny bug: Dragging email address between fields

When dragging an address between (say) To: and Cc:, the mouse cursor show the "+" icon as if the address is being copied, however it is not copied it is moved. Command-drag causes the "+" to disappear, and again the address is moved.

This set of bugs persists in the latest version. It is not just a question of the "+" sign on the mouse pointer while dragging, but inconsistent behaviour when dragging from different address fields.
The problems are obvious and repeatable - but I can give more information if this is not clear.
