support markdown image resizing

Like some markdown implementations, it would be nice to easily specify the dimensions of inline images:

I'm guessing what you really need is resizing of images before attaching (to also save space)? I already have that on the todo.
(That wouldn't work for server-side images though...)
Also note that most email clients keep images within the size of the message view. This is also true for MailMate in the most recent test versions.

That would be acceptable, but ideally I could keep the full size image as an attachment, but within the body of an email just display a smaller version.
