Show missing mailboxes in subscriptions sheet.

I haven't used an IMAP client that actually supported subscriptions in quite a while, so my subscriptions were often to 3-year-old mailboxes. MailMate includes the mailboxes disabled in the mailbox list, but not in the subscriptions sheet.
(Also, the subscriptions sheet opens very wide the first time, which makes matching up rows difficult. It might make more sense to size it by default to the widest mailbox name instead, and adding some shading so the rows are easier to follow.)

Again, the same bug as in some of the other recent tickets (the bug is not new though...).
I'll add alternating row colors to the subscriptions window (see the release notes for a hidden option to do it for the messages outline if you like).
