Markdown rendering panel automatically focus on edited area

Dear Benny,
In the markdown editor I'm using (Mou), I found very useful the fact that
the preview panel for markdown rendering dynamically adapt the
focus and thus automatically scroll on the area of text which I'm
currently editing.
It would be quite interesting to have the same behavior in
MailMate, especially when commenting various portion of a long
mail. Besides that, I have no clue how easy/hard it can be
implemented.

Yes, implementation is the main issue here, but it is a feature I would like to add. (My first shot at it did not work well and has been disabled.)

It's not perfect, but this works much better in the latest test releases.
